It is unused with original un-soldered, INWARD FACING electrical posts. Ready to use in most any box-motor-style HO slot car as well as numerous other uses. With a 1.5mm shaft diameter, it will accept directly HP2, HP7, TYCO TCR, Aurora G+ & many other pinion gears. I AM TOLD IT WILL ALSO WORK IN A VARIETY OF RAILROAD, DIORAMA & OTHER MECHANICAL DEVICES.
