As pictured; FOUR (4) NEW OLD STOCK, 1980's Vintage UNUSED, TYCO GLOW-In-The-DARK Rimmed, Rubber Tire, Sparking Hot Rod Series Front & Rear Wheels, Tires & Axles; Total of TWENTY INDIVIDUAL PIECES! Front Wheels were meant to have a flint stick out & contact sand paper that was wedged in the guardrails & thus Spark! Worked ok. Cool Effect. Tires feel ok, soft, not brittle, not flaky; need to be trued down & some conditioner, but should perform well. Everything is Unused.
