Add a Special Order, or Send Additional Payment to Bob

Use this form for arranging additional payment for items which you ordered by telephone or set up as a side deal.
Type a short description of what the money is for in the DESCRIPTION box above,
Type the agreed price (don't type the $ sign) in the AMOUNT box;
then click the Add To Basket button. Your
payment will be automatically combined with any other products you order in the store.
Remember that shipping charges will still apply!
